Yesterday, I made the 3.5 hour drive to Decatur IL to participate in John Bingham's "Penguin in the Park 4K" race for the second year in a row.  It was a great race experience, made more cool because members of my WISH Racing Team were also there.  It had been a year since I really 'raced' a 5K.  It was time to give it another go.
